ATTENTION AUTHORS

Article abstracts may be submitted in Portuguese, Spanish or English. They must be submitted via the on-line form in the restricted area. After registering for the event, the system will provide instructions on correctly submitting the abstract, by completing all the necessary fields.

Check the article and required information prior to submission so as to avoid errors. No adjustments or inclusion of authors will be permitted following the evaluation.

Click on SEND ARTICLE and log in with your e-mail address and password (used for registration), then follow the steps until completing the submission of your abstract.

Submission format
  • Electronic poster exclusively
Article format regulations
  • The abstract must include the following:
    • Title, author(s) and institution(s)
    • Introduction
    • Objectives
    • Methodology
    • Results
    • Discussion
    • Bibliographical References:
  • The maximum number of characters for the body of the abstract is 3,000 characters (including spaces) – except references.
  • Up to 4 articles are permitted per author.
  • The limit of authors per article is 20 people.
  • Your e-poster must be submitted in the format established in the regulations below. Submission is via the system, in the main registration menu, following the approval of approved articles.

GUIDELINES FOR E-POSTER SUBMISSION (FOLLOWING APPROVAL)
  • The poster must be a single page (slide), in accordance with the model available for download.
  • The use of tables and graphs is permitted at the end of the presentation. Use bold letters when necessary.
  • Avoid using excessively large images as slide backgrounds so as not to generate files that are too large to submit (maximum 5MB).
  • The poster title must be identical to the abstract submitted for evaluation.

Below the title (following one line of space), in a smaller font, include the name of the authors and respective institutions.

The final file for your project (e-poster) must be submitted by attaching the approved abstract poster in PDF format on the registration page.

PUBLICATION IN FRONTIERS IN STROKE JOURNAL

At this edition of the event, those who successfully submitted abstracts may see their work published in the journal FRONTIERS. As such, it must be prepared and submitted in accordance with criteria listed below and sent to [email protected].br.

Below are guidelines on the word and character limits:

  • Title: 500 characters
  • Text: 1,000 words
  • Figures: 2
  • No Complementary Material
    Submission close 30 days after the end of the Global Stroke Alliance.
    Submission deadline: September 13
